Motivation? Shouldn't I just give everyone a pay rise and be done with it?
Pay rises are proven time and again to have no long lasting impact. And money is only one of the nine human motivators. At the workshop, you and your team will see what’s really motivating them, so you can pull more of the leavers to engage and retain them, besides a quick-fix pay increase.

How long does the team workshop last?
Typically it’s a half day, meaning you do all the BAU stuff as a team, then we come in and run the session. We can extend to a full day should you wish.

What size teams do you work with?
How big is your room?! We run intimate sessions with leadership teams of half a dozen people, right through to full departments of 60+.
